On 26th December 2017 His Eminence Cardinal Telesphore P. Toppo DD Visited CLHRC Hospital Mandar to share the love, blessing and happiness of Christmas to the CLHRC staff members. His Eminence was greeted in the Business Office by Fr. Sijo MSFS Associated Director for finance and other colleagues. His Eminence blessed all who were present. Further he visited the wards and shared the love and blessing of New Born Christ to inpatients. On a later stage His Eminence visited the Rihaa, where alcoholics are treated and taken care for a fresh life.
