Safety is the first and foremost priority at every workplace and it becomes of far greater value for a hospital since the wellbeing of Patients and their families is involved. Most fire incidents become critical and serious due to lack of knowledge of proper fire safety and emergency procedures. The hospital management in order to ensure that their employees are equipped with the proper knowledge and training to face any such emergency, especially relating to fire incident, organised a Fire Safety mock drill on 23rd November 2017. The drill was conducted in collaboration with the state department of Fire and Safety, Jharkhand. The objective of the drill was to create awareness among the staff on how to handle Fire and Safety issues in case of a fire incident.
