Meeting of the Governing board CBCISME NI of CLHRC is held on 24th July 2017 in the CLHRC nursing school common room. The Governing Board is the Body that governs all the activities of the project and the Hospital. The Board reviews the performance of the hospital and project and provides guidance on the way forward. A detailed report on the overall performance of the Hospital and Project is discussed in The Governing Board Meeting. The reports highlight the financial performance, department wise performance of each department backed by actual data depicting the trend of performance. The GB Chairman chairs the day-long meeting. Apart from reviewing the hospital's performance the Governing Board also discussed each proposal put up for approval. After discussing the proposal thoroughly the Board either passes or rejects the proposal. Every policy, strategy and proposal for minor or major change concerning the hospital are passed by the Board before implementation. The Governing Board has been guiding the hospital towards the path of success and that is evident in each progressive step that the hospital and project is taking towards growth & success.
