HR Shweta C. Toppo coordinated ESIC training on March 14, 22. Mr. Bhushan was approached to share his considerations and insights on the ESIC program, including its merits and demerits for both the employer and the employees, also possible ways to obtain membership. He claimed that every institute must adhere to this beneficial central government scheme. Following this meeting, all CLHRC employees and nursing staff signed up for ESIC, and they can now avail all of ESIC benefits.
